Haire's Gulf Shrimp: Fresh Fried Seafood Experience in Chicago

Absolutely delicious!!! Lightly seasoned ,crispy not crunchy. You can actually taste the shrimp,which is firm not chewy. Even better the shrimp are consistently excellent,doesn’t vary by day ,time or cook. Reasonably priced,great portion size.

The location is takeout only or delivery via DoorDash. We ordered the shrimp small dinner that came with 15 pieces of shrimp, fries and coleslaw. The shrimp were perfectly seasoned and lightly breaded. I gave 4 stars for the food because the french fries were very soft and did not appear to be fully cooked and the coleslaw was extra creamy for me. The service seem to be a little slow as it took a while to get our food with only three people waiting in line. It may have been better to order ahead. The atmosphere was conducive for waiting as soft music played. There were framed articles and pictures to review while waiting. I plan to visit their other location in the future. Otherwise, I would recommend this location if they fully cook the french fries.

The Shrimp were delicious , but the only have one size, large. I wish that they would add Jumbo to the menu. The also have a few sides. THE ONLY SELL SHRIMP..

Typically good. Whenever I go and the manager isn’t there it’s subpar. I went today and the woman w/ glasses was working and the food tastes burnt!

Great tasting shrimp for sure! We got two 33 piece bags of shrimp one with a side of spaghetti and the other with fries. The sides were too small! For 33 pieces of shrimp the side barely fed one person! Nice workers kept up with the pace as many people call in orders and they had walk-ins. No dine in option. Just 3 places to sit while you wait for your order, most likely you will stand while you wait. Overall the shrimp is fantastic, the fries and spaghetti are great just need larger portions for the sides.

Oh my goodness!! I’m sitting here with a full belly of delicious food! I ordered the large bomb bag and spaghetti. It was so good. The shrimp was seasoned well and very crispy and still hot when it arrived at my door as well as the spaghetti. The spaghetti was well seasoned and I wanted to lick the bowl. This is my go to from now on. I am mad I waited so long to try it. This food was truly amazing!!!!!

Picked up a small blob bag and it was full of perfectly cooked shrimp batter not too heavy and seasoned to perfection! The spaghetti was a pleasant surprise and has a great flavor! Customer service was great and they made you feel valued as a customer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been coming here for a while and they consist with the shrimps. They are good hands down. I got a small bomb bag (14 pieces) and they come out hot, crunchy, and the flavor on point. You get them with hot sauce and cocktail sauce to dip'em plus crackers just in case too. The place is easily one of the best shrimp in the city. 9.4.
